Ideal for unwinding with friends and unleashing your creative side, this workshop experience makes for a fun few hours out in London. During your experience, you'll receive instruction on the pottery wheel to create a small pot and then learn how to fire it. Once you have tweaked and perfected your creation, you can then get painting and apply watery glazes to decorate your creation. Go wild with colours, patterns and images or keep it simple - either way it's completely up to you and will be what makes your creation unique. This venue is keen on its participants being able to relax and unwind and even encourages you to bring along some drinks for you and friends to enjoy - so why not sip on some champagne or wine whilst letting your creativity flow? Gather a group of creative friends and unwind with this Pottery Making Workshop in the heart of London.

  • An ultimate pottery making and painting workshop
  • Welcome and introduction
  • During the first part of your session you will be instructed on how to create a pot on the pottery wheel
  • Once you have created your pot you will learn how to fire it
  • During a hand-building session you will learn how to adjust your design and mould the pot into a new shape if required and add attachments such as handles
  • During the second part of your session you'll get to paint your pot and be introduced the range of colours and glaze available
  • Take your pot home with you at the end of your session or you can leave it at the studio to be fired and glazed for a fee payable direct of £10 per item
  • Aprons, materials and tools are provided
  • You will form part of a group of up to 20 people on the day
  • Please allow 90 minutes for this experience
  • Location: Token Studio, London Bridge

  • Tuesday to Sunday throughout the year, subject to availability

  • If you choose to have your pot fire and glazed the lead time for collection is 2 weeks and collection must be arranged by appointment only
  • This is a BYOB experience and you will need to bring your own cups
