It was easy to book a time to go gliding. The people were very friendly. Everything was explained fully and a full experience given. No complaints at all.
Fantastic experience. My 16 year old son took to the skies and loved every minute! Recommended as Bidford airfield were brilliant, good communication and great people to deal with. We had to cancel due to weather one day and a state funeral the next time we booked but rescheduled without a problem. Thanks for a brilliant afternoon.

Had a fabulous day, the team who run the site are great and informative. Myself and 2 friends went along, spent around 30 minutes in the air, initially taken up behind a light aircraft, but we also got the option to have a go at another method of take of which was fun. The pilot was very easy going ensuring we were comfortable with everything that was going on. I have already given the details to a friend, we loved it that much.

When to Bidford on Avon gliding club. They were very welcoming from the moment I arrived, started with a video with safety instructions and then I was introduced to my pilot. After a short walk across the runway with my family he showed me the glider we would be using. Again went through safety and controls of the glider then it was parachute on and getting into glider. The flight then was towed up to 2500 feet and then we were released and on own. The pilot kept me informed of the flight and also where we was and the areas below. Loved the whole experience and the flight from start to finish was very smooth and enjoyable.
Absolutely awesome. The glider flight was a birthday gift to my partner. He said afterwards it was an amazing experience. The folks at the Gliding & Flying Club were fabulous. An all round brill day, and the weather played along too!
Really enjoyed experience and would highly recommend venue at Burn airfield. Staff were great and all very friendly and explained everything. My pilot was great and very knowledgeable about flight and area around base. Went to site day earlier to get my bearings and even then my grand daughter was allowed to sit in glider for pictures and shown around. Great experience great day, great bunch of people.

I was given the opportunity to fly a glider at Husbands Bosworth in Leicestershire. Some young friends had bought it for a birthday present. The instructor, Rick Friend, was incredible. He couldn't have made the afternoon any better. Catering was also very good.
Excellent. Pilot, Gary was truly great and friendly.
Amazing flying, lovely instructor and let me have a go at hand flying the glider.

The experience was easy to book and Bidford Gliding Club were amazing. A very friendly, welcoming team, a wonderful experience, thank you.
Great experience with a friendly professional team looking after me. Phil was my pilot and get me informed continuously on all aspects of the flight. Only the weather didn't play ball but we managed to get up to 2000 ft for about 20 minutes. It was everything I had hoped for, except fo the absence of fluffy white clouds, which was not the provider's fault.

It was an amazing experience despite low cloud. I was expected and welcomed into the clubhouse, given a thorough briefing and taken for about a fifteen minute flight. I had a very narrow window of opportunity to tka emy gliding epereince due to family sickness, but the club made sure it was memorable des;pite the low cloud base. Thank you, it has whetted my appetite for more.

A great experience at Honiton airfield. The pilot Ian Mitchell had a calm voice who explained all aspects of my time with him. Once airborne we climbed to the height we needed and after following his examples I was able to control the aircraft before we turned off the engine and spent about 10 mins gliding using the Thermals before gliding all the way to land at the airfield. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with him.

Most excellent!
I took the half hour session at Dunkerswell airfield near Honiton. The location was perfect, the facilities were good, the staff were really pleasant.
The motor glider and instructor provided me with the experience I wanted. I had control from just after takeoff through to just prior to final approach. The instructor gave clear instructions when needed and encouragement if required. ( He did sit the whole time with his arms folded and when asked if I was ok , replied, "My folded arms should say it all about his confidence in me!)
With really pleasant weather an altogether fantastic time. Many thanks, also to my daughter for the purchase.
I absolutely loved being up so high, 2000ft, in the glider. I took the controls for a short while. It's a bit scary being in the air with no engine, bit the pilot was very skilled and we had a,very smooth landing. Great experience

I had a wonderful time. I wasn’t sure what to expect but it was a great experience. Directions once on the field would be useful as well as some safety guidance for walking from the car park to the takeoff point.
Wow, what an amazing present!! Ian from Southwest Motor Gliders got it spot on. He matched the flight perfectly to level of. As his aircraft can cope with varied weather conditions, the weather had no impact at all. A massive thank you to my super girlfriend for the present, Ian and Into the blue were great!!

I had a fabulous time in the glider. i am scared of heights, but my co-pilot made me very at ease. Once the tow plane released the rope from us, we were free. It was amazing that we stayed up in the air for so long. I would definitely recommend this experience
