This spa facilities are suitable for participants aged 16 and
over.
Treatment times include a consultation with your therapist, to
cover any specific requirements and help you to get the most out of
the treatment.
Any medical conditions which might affect your ability to take
part in a particular treatment must be made clear to the spa, upon
booking - you may be entitled to swap the treatment for an
alternative.
Either Lunch or Afternoon Tea will be included in your package - if you have any
specific dietary requirements, these must be made clear to the spa,
prior to arrival.

Equipment & Clothing
Suitable footwear must be worn in the wet spa area and when using the restaurant or lounges in the hotel, please bring appropriate footwear with you, flip flops are available to purchase for a nominal fee in the spa.
You will be provided with a robe and slippers upon arrival, but
will need to bring your own swimwear for use of the spa facilities.
Robes can also be worn in the dining areas when enjoying lunch and
afternoon tea.
Dry swimwear will be expected for treatments - the spa are able
to provide disposable underwear if required.
Refreshments, including water will be available free of charge,
throughout the day.
Weather
This is an indoor experience so should not be affected by
adverse weather conditions.
If the weather is be deemed to be unsafe, the hot tub facilities
may not be available to use.
