Our flight was a very enjoyable experience. There were fascinating sights to see over central London and en route, and the experience of flying over them in a venerable aircraft was wonderfully exciting. We might have been able to take even better photos had we been lucky enough to sit in the two front row seats ahead of the wings. A useful guide to the sights of central London is provided. It would be even more interesting if it illustrated the highlights of the historic Lee Valley as well. If you want to know precisely where you are take an OS map of NE London because phones have to be on airplane mode so you cant access GPS. Really worth visiting the IWM aircraft museum after the flight. Great day out.
