Korean food has been taking the UK by storm, introducing bold spices, vibrant flavours and mouth-watering dishes. This immersive cooking experience lets you explore it all with expert guidance from a professional chef in a fully equipped central London kitchen.
If you opt for the Bibimbap class, you will learn how to prepare Haemul Pajeon (seafood pancake), Yak Kochujang (minced beef chilli sauce), Moo Seng Chae (mooli salad), Egg Broth and, of course, your own beautifully assembled Bibimbap.
Choose the Korean BBQ and Kimchi class, and you will dive into making Kimchi Mandu (Korean dumplings), Ssamjang (BBQ dipping sauce), spicy Pork Belly Bulgogi, traditional Beef Bulgogi and the secrets to perfect, homemade Kimchi every time.
Across the three hours, you will pick up a whole host of new skills and the confidence to recreate these dishes again and again at home.
