Children will learn all these important skills which are not always easy to teach in the confines of a classroom, as they practise how to shoot with accuracy and to not give up on the first attempt if it doesn’t all go to plan. But like all sports, archery can be a lot of fun and this experience is an ideal treat for small groups of children between the ages of 8-16 years old. In this indoor session near London bridge station, children will be with an expert instructor and shown how to use a bow and arrow to confidently shoot. After being shown the basics, there will also be an opportunity to play archery games such as Balloon Assassins which is an ideal way for children to burn off all that extra energy. As well as a perfect way to simply get the children out of the house, this is also an ideal birthday party activity due to the reasonable price and maximum group size of 12. The children will not only be burning off the extra energy in no time in this hour and a half lesson, but have the chance to learn something new and have fun in a small group with a friendly, experienced instructor. After this session, it’s safe to say the children will be captivated by the ancient sport of archery and have visions of being the next Robin Hood.
