Cooking Experience Days: Discover the vibrant flavours of India while learning to cook classic dishes the vegetarian way during this hands-on full-day cookery class. Immerse yourself in the aromas and spices of Indian cuisine as you prepare a variety of traditional, meat-free dishes using accessible, everyday ingredients.
Held at a professional cookery school, the class is taught in small groups to ensure plenty of personalised guidance from expert tutors. Over six hours, you will create authentic recipes such as pan-fried okra, palak paneer, masala aloo gobi and a mixed lentil and pulse medley, while learning about the health benefits and flavour-enhancing qualities of Indian herbs and spices. You will discover how to transform simple vegetables into rich, satisfying dishes full of depth and character.
Lunch is prepared by the group and enjoyed together, with a complimentary wine, beer or soft drink included. You will leave with a selection of delicious dishes to take home, along with the confidence to add bold, authentic Indian flavours to your vegetarian cooking.
