Outdoor Experience Days: Escape off-grid and immerse yourself in the Devon countryside with this Half Day Group Wild Swim Adventure, an outdoor experience suitable for all ages. Combining invigorating wild swimming in the River Avon with access to a fire-and-water sauna, it’s the perfect way to reconnect with nature and reset both body and mind.
Led by an experienced cold-water specialist, guests are encouraged to take part in a guided wellbeing programme inspired by traditional Finnish sauna practices. This includes a series of five 12-minute sauna sessions, each followed by a refreshing 3-minute cold-water river dip, designed to detox, improve circulation and promote deep relaxation. While participation in the 90-minute programme is optional, guests are free to enjoy the wild swimming facilities at their own pace.
After the sauna sessions, unwind at the riverside campsite where you can relax by the fire, enjoy an Argentinian BBQ, or make the most of the rope swing, trampoline and 10-person wood-fired Arctic hot tub.
