We hope you have a head for heights for this Half Day Rock Climbing Experience at Harrisons Rock on the Kent / Sussex border. The day will take around 4 hours and will start around 9am (don't forget your own snack and drinks as you'll be hungry with all that hard work). You will be welcomed with an introduction to rock climbing before learning about safety, climbing techniques, climbing etiquette, knots and belaying and an introduction to climbing and bouldering. All the equipment you need will be provided and your experienced instructors are all qualified from MLTUK (mountain leader training UK) so you will be in safe hands. You will join a small group for your day climbing so you can make new friends and encourage each other as you climb.

Introduction to rock climbing

You will need to wear loose fitting clothing (no jeans) and trainers
Due to the nature of the locations, waterproof and warm clothing is advised

All instructors are experienced and hold relevant qualifications from MLTUK (mountain Leader Training UK) as well as first aid and safety qualifications.
There are no shops nearby so participants and spectators are advised to bring their own refreshments and lunch
