All you need to bring for the adventure is your nerve, as safety equipment is provided and experienced guides will ensure a safe and thrilling experience. After introductions and a briefing session, it's time to take a deep breath and go for it.
The walks take place in stunning Welsh gorges, with incredible challenges and obstacles provided by Mother Nature. You may find yourself abseiling down a waterfall, traversing rock walls, leaping across boulders, or even exploring underground holes and jumping over bogs.
It's important to note that there's no pressure to attempt all the challenges, but once you get started, you won't be able to stop. And if you're feeling brave, there's the grand finale: Loonies Leap, a thrilling water plunge.

Suitable For
- Minimum age 8
- Anyone under the age of 18 must be signed in by a parent or guardian
- Children will not be mixed with adults unless it is a family group
- There is no upper age limit, but please bear in mind this is quite a physical activity and there is a weight limit of 18 stone
- Lunch is not included, so bring a packed lunch, or pre-order from the supplier for an additional charge

Anything Else
- Participants should bring swimwear, trainers or walking boots, a towel and a change of clothes
- Facilities at the activity centre base include refreshment machines, toilets and changing areas
- The centre can also assist with finding suitable overnight accommodation for clients
- The gorge is approx a 40 minute drive from the activity centre
- Mini bus transport is provided, however this is a complimentary service and can not be guaranteed
- Session times include check-in, kit-up and travel time to/from the gorge location
