2000ft Gliding Experience

    • Welcome introduction and safety briefing
    • A dual-controlled glider and a tug plane will tow you to approximately two thousand feet.
    • You will be released from the tow plane by your pilot
    • Experience the wonder of soaring over the Dunstable Downs
    • Flights last approximately 15 to 20 minutes
    • Please allow at least 90 minutes on airfield for this experience
    • A months club membership is included

    • Minimum age 14
    • Under 18's must have parental consent
    • Under 16's must be accompanied on-site by an adult
    • Maximum height of 6'4" (1.95m)
    • Minimum height 5'0" (1.5m)
    • Maximum weight of 100kg (220lbs)
    • Minimum weight of 41kg (91lbs)

    • This gliding club operates all year round, Tuesday - Sunday is available for trial flights

    • The club is situated in the beautiful Chilterns on the edge of the town of Dunstable with easy access from the M1/A5
