But first, you'll undergo 30 minutes of intense training, honing your skills with low-level, high-speed maneuvers through tight valleys. Seated in the cockpit of a state-of-the-art, full-motion F-18 simulator, you'll feel every twist, turn, and burst of acceleration - this is as close to the real deal as it gets. Your mission begins with a rapid take-off from a U.S. Navy aircraft carrier, stationed in the vast expanse of the ocean. With enemy Su-57 fighter jets hot on your tail, you’ll need razor-sharp focus and precise flying to hit your target.   • Sessions are taken in a full-motion F-18 Hornet fighter jet simulator
  • Sim runs on a full motion platform, using commercial military software
  • Realistic visuals and flight controls
  • Session is split into two missions as you learn how to fly and fight at low levels (in the same locations used in the film)

Mission 1:

Fly the terrain and practice flying the aircraft, weapons deployment, high-speed canyon run without threats, inverted attack, escape, and landing on a landing strip.

Mission 2:

Launch off the air carrier, fly low level to avoid multiple SAM threats, bomb the target and escape whilst avoiding air-to-air threats. Rejoin the fleet anchored off the coast, and land on the carrier.

  • Under 16s must be accompanied on site by an adult
  • Access to the sim is by climbing over the sides (just like a real aircraft)

  • Available weekdays and weekends throughout the year
  • Dates and session times are subject to availability

  • Up to 4 guests may wait in the lounge area during your session

A great experience with a great instructor talking you through the complexities of flying the Gen 5 Jet aircraft and making it look like you knew what you are doing! Enjoyed it enormously and hopefully be back again soon. Very good value for money as a bonus.
