  • Half or full day caving adventure
  • Get kitted up with a 5/3mm wetsuit, cave-suit, helmet and head lamp
  • Short introduction and safety briefing
  • Your cave leader will guide you through the extensive underground cave system
  • Explore the beauty of the subterranean world formed over three million years ago
  • You will be introduced to some of the features and challenges of the caves including the infamous 'Washing Machine'  Prepare to get wet!
  • Generally caving adventures take place in the popular Porth-yr-Ogof cave system
  • Allow 2-3 hours for half day adventures and 4-5 hours for full days

  • Minimum age 8
  • Under 18s must be accompanied by a participating adult
  • A good general level of physical fitness is required
  • Caving does involve manoeuvring through some small spaces and can be strenuous

  • Selected weekdays and weekends throughout the year
  • Half Day sessions generally run from 10:00-13:30 or 13:15-15:45
  • Full days start at 10:00 finishing at 16:00
