  • Be guided by your instructor to follow a riverbed through a gorge

  • Full-day experiences last approximately 6-8 hours
  • You will form part of a group of up to 12 people

  • Not suitable for spectators

  • Under 18's must be accompanied by a participating adult
  • A good level of fitness is required

Items To Bring:

  • Shoes such as old trainers (wetsuit boots can be purchased for £25 payable direct on the day)
  • Shorts to provide extra padding over your wetsuit
  • Swimwear for under your wetsuit
  • Towel
  • Warm clothes
  • Lunch if required

  • Available weekdays and weekends throughout the year
  • Experiences may be rescheduled due to safety reasons if water levels are too high
  • The Full Day starts at 10:30am
