Take charge of one of the most iconic cars ever built in a recreation of the Ford GT40. The car is steeped in history having won the prestigious Le Man 24 hour race no less than on four consecutive occasions. Your experience will kick off with sign on then arrival followed by a drivers safety briefing. Once the briefing is over it's time for the exciting part. Hear the roar of the V8 kick into life with the turn of the key, feel the 500 horses propel the car from 0.60 in as little as 4 seconds, not bad for a car designed in the 60s. You will have 3 high octane miles driving the very special Ford GT40 that will leave a lasting impression.

Our ethos is that your 'experience' should begin from the moment you first browse the site and we can deliver this because of:
- Unlike other experience companies we don't just sell you a voucher and leave you to call the supplier to book yourself. We manage your entire booking process from A - Z saving you time and money on phone calls.
- We have been a booking agent for track days and experience days since 2003 and have built trusted relationships with all of the venues and suppliers. The owner and manager of trackdays.co.uk have both been around since the first launch and their combined knowledge of the industry is passed down to all new members of staff.
- We have vetted each venue and supplier and at least one of our team will have experienced the event first hand meaning we can give you honest, non-biased advice about what you are ordering.
- You are able to do your entire booking online, but if you do need to call us, our average answer time on our standard rate number is 20 seconds. Even during peak times when the phones are busier, you have the option to chat with us live online or email your enquiry.
- Once you have booked a date, we will help to ensure that you get the tickets in time for your event and will liaise with the suppliers on your behalf should you have any enquires.
- All of our customers are invited to review our service and the service of the operator running the event. As a returning customer you will be eligable for a trackdays discount code to use on your next purchase.

Firstly, company was advised of passengers height before the event and still sold the experience even though would not fit.
Secondly, had to wait ages on the day (3 hours) in the cold with a mediocre organisational experience tbh.
Thirdly, the additional costs are extortionate. You buy the experience, then have to pay a £25 weekend surcharge (when they aren’t running in the week.... sneaky), then on arrival get asked for £25 insurance, and £10 for a sighting lap which is poorly given.
The driver on the siting lap said not to bother with a seatbelt then continued to belt it around the track. (Health and safety?!)
The “track” is the size of a go cart track. Never made it past 3rd gear.
I’ve done other advanced driving experiences / track days which were 100x better organised and more pleasant experiences. If you desperately want to spend 7-8min driving around a tiny circular track in your “dream” car (which has torn seats, dirty, and very well used) then give it a shot. But I was sorely underwhelmed by the experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who asked for my opinion.

This is a car designed for racing no comfort. A lot of effort and concentration needed hey but that was the fun.

Well run, smooth and great fun! Weather did not ruin the day for me and it was fantastic to drive the exact car I wanted on the exact circuit I would choose as well. The Instructor was spot on and they sorted a problem with the car so I could get out in it, couldn't ask for more and I will book again!

Most unorganised place ever, bought this for my dad for his birthday & waited over two hours after our slot. I had to go up to one of the staff members and ask what was happening and turned out they had missed my dad off the system so they didn’t even know he was there. If I hadn’t of asked we would have been there all day. Started to rain, and the chaos that followed was unbelievable, they knew it was going to be a bad day as it was storm Dennis but yet they kept all the seating etc out in the open when there was plenty of room under canopies. When it started to rain they had to hurriedly move every piece of seating etc to the canopy. Only reason it’s getting 3 stars is because my dad was so happy with the drive he had.

GT40 was out of action. Did get to sit in it for a while and very badly maintained inside and outside. Pity - I had travelled from Ireland to this track because it offered the GT40 blast. On the plus side instructors were brilliant, very friendly and good fun & did I did get a good alternative to the GT40 - the Cobra, it was absolute class 😊
