Grab a group of friends and go White Water Rafting down the River Derwent in the Peak District. Paddle around 4.5 miles along the river from Darley Dale down to Matlock Bath. Your wild ride down the river will be led by a BCU or IRF qualified raft guide. The rafting will last around 1 hour and 20 minutes, which will be spent paddling and hanging on so you don't fall out, and if you have time you can take in the beautiful English countryside and quaint villages that sit along the river banks. Your raft can hold 6-8 people depending on the time of year, so it's a perfect activity to have a laugh with some friends or bond with some colleagues.
