What you will learn:

  • Techniques for breathing effectively before and after your dive
  • Safe practice for holding your breath in water
  • Freedive with long fins to move effortlessly through the water
  • Freediving buddy systems, essential safety practices and rescue skills
  • How to blow bubble rings for underwater fun!

  • Participants must be over 12 years old and be able to swim
  • A good general level of fitness is required
  • Participants respiratory and circulatory systems must be in good health
  • A medical statement must be completed prior to participating

  • Under 18s must be accompanied onsite by an adult

  • Selected Sundays throughout the year
  • Sessions start at 10:00 finishing at 13:30
  • Participants should arrive at 09:30
