Built in the most desirable parts of the Cheshire countryside, Mere Court has been lovingly restored into a wonderful country house hotel, wedding the traditional with the contemporary. The fantastic Arboreum Restaurant is part of the original house built over 100 years ago and offers a unique and individual dining experience. The rosette award winning restaurant is beautifully decorated with wooden beams and oak panelling with views across the private lake and estate. The waterside view, attentive service and above all, an a la carte menu with the very best seasonal fare will make this a dinner to remember.

You will be treated to three courses of delicious cuisine from the a la carte menu at the Arboreum Restaurant at Mere Court. This fantastic establishment features beautiful decor with original beams and oak panelling and views of the 7 acre estate and lake.

The rosette award winning Arboreum Restaurant offers the highest standards in traditional English cooking with a Mediterranean influence using only the finest ingredients available. Dinner is served daily from 7pm – 9.30pm.
