You'll learn how to create a couple of classic cocktails with a funky chocolate twist that are sure to tantalise your taste buds.

- Shake up a delicious ‘Marvellous Mallow Martini', and learn how to decorate your Martini glass by drizzling dark chocolate designs, rimming the glass with white chocolate flakes and decorating with fluffy marshmallows and salted caramel.
- Create our original chocolate-infused cocktail with a chocolate and gold lattice cover, which must be smashed to enjoy
- Team up in pairs to mix delicious ‘Rum Old Fashioned Cocktail' truffles
- Your chocolatier will then show you how to transform your truffles using techniques such as enrobing, caging, drizzling and even how to print designs onto your chocolate
- Decorate your truffles with salted honeycomb, white chocolate flakes and edible flowers
- Take home your cocktail truffles in a ribbon-tied bag
- Masterclasses last between 2.5hrs
- You will form part of a group of up to 30 participants
