Duration
- The Cumbria Gorge Walking Adventure lasts for up to 3 hours and 30 minutes. You can expect to be at the venue for a total of 3 hours and 45 minutes.

Equipment & Clothing

- This includes wetsuit, helmets and bouyancy aids.
- You must bring shoes that you don't mind getting wet, such as old trainers.
- Please also bring swimwear to wear under your
wetsuit, a towel and any medication you may need.(i.e. Inhalers, Epi Pen etc.)
