You take on the role of the crime scene investigator on a CSI experience day! All evidence points to your favourite forensic crime television programme being very different from the reality of crime scene investigation. These unique encounters will debunk some myths while revealing the truth about what occurs at a crime scene. Based on real-life crime scenes, moderated by members of the law enforcement community, including former and current crime scene investigators, senior investigative officers, accident investigators, and major crime detectives. It is, in essence, as real as it gets.
At the beginning of your CSI experience day, you and your fellow aspiring investigators will meet at a specially designed "crime centre." The first part of the experience will focus on teaching you the various techniques used by forensic and investigative officers. You'll learn how to collect DNA swabs and blood tests, lift fingerprints, and take crime scene photographs using actual CSI equipment. It's a unique opportunity to see first-hand how it's done in the real world.
