Brooklands Concorde G-BBDG, affectionately known as ‘Delta Golf’, was built at Filton in Bristol and first flew on 13th February 1974. She completed more than 600 certification and testing flights and became the first aircraft ever to carry 100 passengers at Mach 2 – twice the speed of sound. Your Concorde tour begins beneath the wings of Delta Golf, where you will discover the fascinating history of this iconic aircraft and get an up-close look at its famous nose and landing gear. Step aboard through the rear passenger door, explore the Concorde exhibition and take your seats in the passenger cabin, complete with genuine Concorde leather seats. You will then experience a multi-sensory journey recreating the thrill of travelling at Mach 2, cruising 60,000 feet above the Atlantic. Before disembarking, you will also have the chance to see the impressive flight deck and discover the engineering that made Concorde such a remarkable aircraft.
