Step into a blissful world of cocoa and creativity with this hands on chocolate making workshop in Birmingham. It is a laid back, welcoming experience that suits everyone from curious beginners to full time chocoholics. Your session begins with a chat about the long and rather fascinating history of chocolate before your chocolatier shows you how to make proper truffles that look the part and taste even better. You will get stuck into the fun bits straight away, filling your truffles with smooth creams, including plant based options, and trying out different ways to mix, roll, shape and dip your creations. Once you have crafted your collection, you will finish by hand wrapping your treats ready to take home. You can expect to leave with around fifteen to thirty chocolates, depending on how generous you are with the sampling, and a new appreciation for the art of making indulgent sweets.
