  • Brighton i360 is fully accessible for wheelchair users. A lift (suitable for use by wheelchair users) connects the upper level and the lower level. The lift is situated to the east of the Bighton i360 site. There is a safety limit on the number of wheelchairs permitted on the Glass Viewing Pod on any one journey. We therefore recommend that you book your experience as early as possible
  • The Royal Pavilion has two floors, the ground floor is accessible to wheelchair users, but access to the first floor is via a staircase only.
  • There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor, and wheelchairs are available to use on request
  • Over 18's for the Champagne option

  • Brighton i360 be open year round except for Christmas Day and will be closed for annual maintenance in January each year

  • - After each event we invite our customers to review the venue and the provider. This valuable feedback is then used to improve our service and also made public to other customers considering the same event.
