Itinerary

Fuel: One full tank of fuel is included with the car. Any additional refuelling during the hire period will be charged, with rates varying depending on supply.
Instructor: A full-day professional instructor is included.
Refreshments: Tea, coffee, and water are provided for the driver plus one guest. A selection of snacks and lunch is also included.
Garage Access: Full access to garage facilities is provided throughout the day. (Garage must be booked when booking the trackday)
Consumables & Spares: Consumables and spare parts are available on-site. In the event of a mechanical breakdown, a credit may be issued.
Helmets: Helmets are available for use if required, though drivers are welcome to bring their own.
Driving Rules: No specific usage restrictions apply; however, driving stints are limited to 15–20 minutes to maintain mechanical sympathy.

Duration

This hire is for the full day with trackdays usually running from 9am - 5pm

Order Information

This voucher is just for the car hire, and does not include the track day, which must be booked from the list on the track day car calendar. It is advisable to check before booking the track day that the car is available for the selected track and date.

General

All drivers must give details for insurance purposes to drive the car on the track.
Track car provider will arrange for your insurance quote.
Your insurance quote may vary, and we reserve the right to refuse use or require additional payment for increased insurance premiums based on your details.
Use of the car is subject to a credit card pre-authorisation as a security deposit.
No money will be debited from your credit card, and it is for pre-authorisation only.
A full UK or European licence, minimum age of 18.
There is a fair use policy, and the mechanical support on the day reserves the right to suspend use of the car at their own discretion, with no refund.
Drivers believed to be under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will be refused to drive without a refund.
Dangerous and irresponsible driving is not tolerated and will result in the termination of your car hire.

Extras on the day

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Optional CDW is available for £250, which reduces the excess to £500. The standard excess for any damage is £5,000

Weather Conditions

All track days are weather-dependent for safety reasons. If the whole event is cancelled by the track day organiser or circuit marshal, the hire can be transferred to another date, but the delivery fee is non-refundable.
