You can choose from four exciting experiences when booking. The Owl Encounter lets you handle and fly a variety of beautiful nocturnal owls. The Best of British experience focuses on the UK’s native raptors, teaching you about the birds you might spot in the wild. Scavengers of the Sky explores the fascinating lives of vultures, ravens, kites, and Cara Caras, while the Falconry Introduction gives a broad insight into the world of falconers—with full-day admission to the centre included!
This hour-long experience makes a perfect gift for anyone who loves wildlife, birds, or the thrill of meeting these incredible raptors up close. It’s a unique, unforgettable chance to connect with nature and witness the beauty and power of these majestic birds.

The 1 Hour Bird of Prey Experiences are available all year round, Tuesdays - Sundays.
You will simply need to inform the centre which experience you are interested in, upon booking - please see the anything else section
Participants: The Bird of Prey Taster Experience for Two is for 2 participants.

Spectators Allowed on Site: Yes
This Bird of Prey Taster Experience can cater for up to three participants. Spectators are welcome to come along and join the participant at the centre, but will need to pay the general admission fee of £7.00 (for adults, concessions are less) - this is payable upon entry.
