- Please arrive around 30 minutes prior to your booked timeslot
- In extreme weather, your abseil may be postponed to ensure your safety
- All dates and times are subject to availability, and advance booking is recommended

- Please wear clothing that covers your shoulders, midriff, and upper legs, and avoid loose-fitting garments
- Closed-toe shoes, such as trainers or boots, must be worn and should fit securely
- Long hair must be tied back
- Please remove all jewellery and scarves before participating
- Bring a waterproof jacket and a warm layer suitable for outdoor conditions
- All participants must complete an online waiver form before taking part in the abseil
- The abseil team will be capturing photos as you begin your descent. After your abseil, you’ll be able to view and purchase any photos taken by scanning the QR code on your wristband
- Car parking is available near the stadium on non-match days at Stanley Park Car Park on the corner of Priory Road and Arkles Lane ( L4 0TQ )
- Not suitable for spectators
