About the Experience
Shooting Experience Days: Try your hand at air rifle shooting in Falmer, East Sussex, and test your aim on a purpose-built outdoor range. With guidance from an experienced instructor, you will learn how to handle an air rifle and take aim at a variety of targets.
Your one-hour experience begins when you arrive at the scenic shooting ground just outside Brighton. Surrounded by rolling countryside, it’s a peaceful setting and the perfect place to try something new. After a short safety briefing, your instructor will introduce you to the .22 air rifle and show you the basics of stance, aim and control.
Once you are set up, it’s time to start shooting. You will practise hitting a range of targets placed between 10 and 30 metres away, helping you improve your accuracy and focus throughout the session.
