A trained and experienced guide will help you through the route and share the coastal heritage with you. Keep your eyes peeled for the local wildlife too! On arrival you will be welcomed and given an introduction and safety briefing. Once you are briefed it's time to get exploring. All your kit is provided so all you need to remember is swimwear, a pair of trainers and don’t forget a change of clothes for the way home. Your session will last around 3 hours so you will have plenty of time to take in the scenery.

Minimum Age: 8 years

  • You will need to bring a pair of lace-up trainers with hard soles (if you don't have a pair of trainers, you can hire some for a small hire charge on the day)
  • You will need to bring swimwear underneath the wetsuit and a towel
  • A lock box for valuables and clothes storage, heated changing rooms, showers and toilets are all available to use on-site
  • Spectators are welcome to watch via a short, easily accessible walk from the activity centre
