Rallying is one of the most exciting motorsports around and the fact that the high-octane action all takes place in road-legal cars makes it all the more appealing to those who enjoy the idea of trying it for themselves. Flinging a car around a rally stage is guaranteed to get the heart racing and the adrenaline pumping making this a perfect experience for anyone who loves to push themselves to their limits. This is no ordinary track day - not only will the drivers get to test out two different rally cars, but it’s as much about putting the driver through their paces as seeing what the vehicles can do. The purpose-built track is designed to test the reflexes of the driver as well as their ability to keep their cool as they perform manoeuvres that no sane person would normally attempt. Any motoring fan will appreciate the chance to find out what it’s like to break all the normal rules of the road and combine speed with skill for a thoroughly thrilling drive.

General

This experience lasts around 7 hours, allowing plenty of time for drivers to fully immerse themselves in this thrilling motorsport. Guests will be welcomed to the site and asked to sign in before being given a briefing from one of the qualified instructors on the cars that they will be driving and how to get the best out of it when they are on the track. Once they are familiar with the controls, it’s time to head out on the track in an Escort Mk 2 which they will drive for around 8 miles on the loose surface of the rally stage. Then there will be a break for lunch before switching cars and taking a Subaru Impreza on the rally stage to see what this iconic car can do. The driver will stay with the same instructor throughout the day to benefit from their detailed feedback and encouragement. Most people don’t get the chance to drive one of these cars, let alone have the chance to compare the two, so this experience is a chance to find out how these amazing vehicles have earned international reputations amongst rallying fans and drivers alike.
