Overview
Head up to the skies in a 60 Minute Flight in a microlight near St Noets. On arrival you will receive a safety briefing and introduction to the basic principles before getting into your microlight. Choose either a fixed-wing Ikarus C42 or flex-wing Quantum 912 microlight to fly in. In the air look down over the Bedfordshire and Cambridgeshire countryside that has stunning views. You will get the opportunity to take the controls and fly the aircraft yourself. You are welcome to bring along a camera to take photos of your experience and the views from high up of the beautiful scenery. Once back on the ground you will be presented with a souvenir flight certificate to take home.

Restrictions

Minimum Age: 14 years

Availability

  • The flying school is open 7 days a week throughout the year and can usually fly in a wide range of weather conditions (please note: flex wing has limited availability currently only available on Sundays)
  • Should you be unfortunate enough to be beaten by the weather an alternative date can be arrangedPlease note due to popularity it is recommended you book at least one month in advance to avoid disappointment

Suitability

  • Under 18s must be accompanied on the airfield by an adult
  • Spectators are welcome to come along and watch the take off and landing

Best experience to date. Not for the feinthearted, but if youre after an adrenaline fix then this is the one for you. Tony, the instructor was interesting, friendly and reassuring. He tailored the flight to suit what I thought I wanted to get out of it and then threw in some more. Cant wait to go again. The 60 minute flight was great value for money. You get to take control of the microlight and was arranged without hassle.
