Taking off in Popham Airfield near Basingstoke, you'll soon be part of a friendly team of instructors who live and breathe everything Gyrocopter. As well as getting to experience what these quirky planes are capable of as you dart across the skies, you'll get to learn all about how to fly them when the instructor hands over the controls to you, and you won't want to miss the chance to have a go! You'll soon find these Gyros are easy to control and get the hang of, and sooner rather than later you'll be booking your next session in no time.   • You need to be agile enough to get in and out of the gyrocopter
  • No previous flying experience is required Front seat experience is at the instructors discretion

  • This experience is not suitable for pregnant mothers
  • All participants must complete an information sheet and waiver prior to flying

  • Spectators are welcome to watch your gyrocopter flight
  • There is a clubhouse which is usually open to visitors, along with a café at weekends
