Join the family owned Stapleford Airfield near Romford in Essex for a 60 Minute Flying Lesson in the 2-seater Cessna 152. Renowned for their reliability, easy controls, and being able to pack a punch through the skies if needed - the Cessna 152 is a firm favourite amongst flying schools for putting learners through their paces and getting them confident in the skies. This lesson will be no different, as you are sitting alongside a friendly instructor who is showing you how to fly the plane. Alongside learning all about the controls, there will be plenty to see in the skies as you take in the views across the heaving motorways below, bustling towns on the edge of London, and even glimpses of the capital on a clear day if you're lucky. And then there's the Airfield itself! Once you've had your time in the skies, you'll hopefully be able to explore this historic site which was requisitioned by the RAF during WW2. Today, it's home to over 40 aircraft with an excellent clubhouse and outdoor viewing area for anyone who wants to come and watch your take-off! Bound to give you memories to last a lifetime, and a certain bug for flying, you won't want to miss out on a Flying Lesson from this historic airfield offering dramatic views over Essex countryside, busy towns, and even the capital itself.
