While its original records mysteriously disappeared, historians believe it was crafted by the Canadian Car Factory in 1953, initially serving with the USAF before gracing the skies with the Italian Air Force as MM53795. Today, you can take the reins of this historic aircraft from Duxford in Cambridgeshire. These iconic warbirds were pivotal as trainer aircraft during the Second World War, shaping the skills of countless pilots. Recognisable by its retractable undercarriage and spacious, domed cockpit, the Harvard promises a unique flight experience. Your 30-minute adventure kicks off with a safety briefing on the ground, followed by an up-close walk around the aircraft. This is an amazing experience for all aircraft enthusiast and those that want to experience a flight in a vintage aircraft. It's the closest you can get to flying in a spitfire at a 5th of the cost. You will also get to fly it yourself. Not only that you will also have the rest of the day to explore Duxford.
