After a thorough restoration, she's been soaring since 1987, decked out in the classic post-war trainer colours. On the other hand, G-PWBE, a bit younger, was crafted in 1959 by Lawrence Engineering Services in Australia, making her a rare gem. You might notice a few tweaks, like a tail wheel and brakes, making her versatile for more than just grass runways. It was an excellent experience something I've wanted to do for ages,the staff an pilot were very helpful and informative and I had a great flight.There was only one very small downside and that was plane intercom was very intermittent so communication was not very good between myself and the pilot but I would certainly do it again.

Everyone was welcoming and professional. Really enjoyed flight and the pilot was very reassuring. The Pilot took me around Headcorn and gave me information of where we were flying overland and as I was born in Headcorn I new and recognised all the places. The best bit was flying around Sissinghurst Castle which is one of my favourite places.
