If you depart from Glossop, your flight will traverse over Bleaklow and Kinder en route to Derwent, bypassing the typical Chatsworth path. As you soar over the spectacular Hope Valley, you’ll quickly notice the iconic twin-towered Derwent Dam, which proudly marks the southern end of Derwent Reservoir (Hawden Dam is located at the northern end!). The aerial views are breathtaking, particularly when the water cascades over the dam... Take a moment to soak in those sights while imagining what it must have been like for those young pilots flying low over the dam, training with the ‘bouncing bombs’ in preparation for that historic 1943 mission over the German Ruhr. - Flying activities have maximum weights (per seat) to ensure health and safety, along with the comfort of fellow passengers
- You must enter the passenger/participant weight at the time of booking an experience. If weight varies between the time of initial booking and the date of flight experience, it remains the responsibility of the customer to update their individual weight via their online account prior to flight
- All passengers will be weighed before flight, and if a disparity exists between the weight disclosed and the actual weight (within reason), the passenger may be eligible to fly

Please Note:
- The maximum weight limit for the Co-Pilot Seat on a helicopter pleasure flight varies depending on aircraft and other operational considerations, but will not exceed 95kg
- If, as a party of one, you weigh in excess of 15 stone, you may still be able to fly; however, you will need to purchase an additional seat. This seat will either remain unoccupied or can be occupied by an individual, as long as the combined total listed above is not exceeded. However, a total individual weight of 21.5 stone cannot be exceeded
