The official name of the aircraft is DH82A (Mod) Jackaroo, and as the name suggests, it is essentially a modified De Havilland Tiger Moth. Currently, there is only one operational Jackaroo in the world. After the Second World War, there was a ban on various imported goods, including planes. As a result, with an abundance of Moth aircraft available, the idea of transforming them into four-seater cabin tourers was born, and this is how the Jackaroo came into existence. The Jackaroo is a type of aircraft that has dual-controls, similar to the original Tiger Moths. This means that one person can sit in tandem with the pilot and use the dual controls, while the other person can sit beside either the first person or the pilot.
