Coasteering in Cornwall is not suitable for pregnant women, or for people with neck/back injuries, heart conditions or for anyone who has had an operation during the past 12 months.

All safety equipment and wetsuits etc, will be provided at the coasteering centre.
Please bring a towel and a nice warm change of clothes for afterwards, and a swimming costume to wear under your wetsuit.
