This is a completely unique Flight Simulator Experience as the 20 minute session takes place in the Upper Deck of a real Boeing 747-400. The aircraft, based at Manchester City Airport has been converted into a simulator giving the Pilot as authentic a Boeing 747 flight experience as you can get! With a genuine 747-436 cockpit and incredible 180-degree wrap around graphics, the 'Deck 747' crew will ensure your 747 simulator session is fully immersive and absolutely amazing.

  • Introduction to the controls and flight instruments by the 'Deck 747' Crew.
  • 20 minute session including take off, flight and landing at a random World destination in a totally immersive simulator with 180-degree wrap around screen.

  • Due to space constraints most wheelchairs will not fit in the flight deck so participants must be able to make their way unaided into and out of the cabin and into the cockpit seat. 
  • Under 16's must be accompanied by at least one adult. There is a £10 pp charge for accompanying adults or spectators.

  • Up to three guests may join you in the cockpit and either share the flight time or observe
  • There is an additional charge for spectators which is payable upon booking your date (approx. £10 pp).

Minimum Age: 8 years

  • Tuesdays to Sundays Year round
  • All Session times and Dates are subject to availability - booking in advance is recommended
  • Sessions run between 10am and 7pm

This valuable feedback is then used to improve our service and also made public to other customers considering the same event.
