Belguim - Up until 1984 the Zolder Circuit was home to the Belgium Formula 1 Grand Prix and with a track length of 2.5 miles, it is a very popular venue for bike and car track days. Over its ten years of hosting the Belgian Grand Prix, only Niki Lauda was the only driver to have won multiple races having secured podium in 1975 and 1976. Other famous winners include Sir Jackie Stewart, Jody Scheckter and Emerson Fittipaldi. Zolder will be always be remembered as the place where Canadian racing driver Gilles Villeneuve died during a final practice lap in 1982.
As well as bike and car track days there is a wide range of events that are held on a yearly basis at Zolder. These events run from March through to October.
