Once dates have been confirmed you may not change or cancel unless agreed by the cottage owner. Experiences once booked may not be cancelled or amended. Dogs are welcome to stay at the cottage and a surcharge of £15.00 each (2 max) is payable on arrival.

Stay in a beautifully converted Welsh Stone Barn nestled on the side of Frenni Fawr, one of the ancient Preseli hills in Pembrokeshire for 3 nights self catering and enjoy the relaxing views and country surroundings.

Included in this package is an experience for two with a choice of activities to enjoy. You can choose 1 of the experiences below to enjoy during your stay.

Craft Experience: Digital Scrapbooking tuition with Serif Digital Scrapbook Artist2 to include the software and memory stick – package for 2 people. (Can adapt package
if only 1 person wants the tuition and software.) 2 x 4 hour sessions.

Pamper Experience: A choice of treatments for 2 people by a fully qualified therapist. The treatments are given in a small and friendly therapy room in a very tranquil setting near to the accommodation.

Photo shoot: A relaxed photo shoot with a world class photographer in a local studio. This experience can be for up to 4 people plus a dog. The shoot takes approx. 2 hours and includes a large framed photo of your choice. Additional images may be purchased.

Painting Experience: Tuition from a leading West Wales artist in a local studio and weather permitting, outside in the beautiful Welsh countryside. 2 x 4 hour sessions for 2 people (Materials and equipment not included). For all ability levels.

When can i go?

All year round including bank holidays and seasonal holidays. Please note Experiences may be limited during seasonal holidays.
How long will i be at the venue?

This is a booking for a 3 night stay.
What if the weather is bad?

Neither Trackdays.co.uk or the cottage owner will be responsable for your travel to and from the cottage, in result of a no show, there will be no re-booking or refund will be in place. Please make sure you take out an insurance policy that will cover any losses.
