Goodwood Driving Experiences coming to an end - News

After 30 years of providing driving experiences at Goodwood Motor Circuit, the operators Mithril Racing have announced they are retiring at the end of the 2016 season. Trackdays.co.uk have been working alongside Goodwood for ever 10 years supplying driving experiences in supercars and classic cars. Dan Jones, Operations Manager for trackdays said "we are very sad to no longer be working with Mithril, Goodwood has so much nostalgia and customers always have a great experience. We hope that a new supplier will consider keeping the experiences going in 2017 but as yet no one has stepped forward".

Unconfirmed reports suggest that the hike in hire prices and competition from companies selling budget experiences was the main reason for the decision to cease running.

The own car and motorcycle track days at Goodwood will still continue in 2017, but trackdays have urged any customers with Goodwood driving experience vouchers to contact them as a soon as possible as there are only a few remaining dates left to book the experience.
