The cookery school's ethos is based on using local and seasonal produce, which enhances the dishes' quality. The school sources many of its fresh ingredients from Swinton Park's own walled kitchen garden, and meat and fish are sourced from the same estate. Under the guidance of Chef Marc and his team, you'll have a great time creating delicious dishes using the freshest ingredients.
