Spend a Day Paddle Boarding down the River Leam in Warwickshire. After being welcomed and briefed, it's time to get kitted up and head out on the river. Your guide will take you along the river, passing through the Victorian gardens and into the nature reserve, where if you are lucky you might see some wildlife. During your day you will break for a picnic lunch at the side of the river. Throughout the day you will learn how to balance and control the board with the full day being led by qualified instructors and which gives you the opportunity of being assessed for your British Canoeing Paddle Discover Award. Minimum Age: 14 years

  • Selected weekdays and weekends from May to October
  • Full day discovery sessions run 11am to 4pm

  • You must be reasonably fit and confident in the water
  • You will be asked to complete a medical declaration form before taking part, for those under 18 this will need to be signed by a parent or guardian
  • Spectators are welcome
  • The boat centre is located within a fully restored Victorian boat house providing toilets, showers and changing rooms
  • Drinks and snacks are available to purchase on site
