The small group workshops run as two-hour Skills Sessions and are designed for different riders at different levels. If you're new to mountain biking, the Core Skills session would be perfect for you. It covers everything from setting the height of your saddle correctly to using your gears and brakes properly.
If you want to take your skills to the next level, the Progression session will be ideal for you. You'll learn how to ride on varied and challenging terrain and even learn how to do those stylish bunny hops!
Are you feeling adventurous? The Air Time workshop is where you'll learn to ride drops and step-down jumps. It's all about understanding your speed, compression, and body position for drop-offs and jumps.
For those who want a more personalized experience, Alex offers one-to-one half-day experiences as private lessons. You'll get tailored coaching and guidance to take your mountain biking skills to the next level.
