WHEN CAN YOU DRIVE?

The Experience runs at various times throughout the day on selected Saturdays and Weekdays throughout the year.

  HOW LONG WILL YOU BE AT THE VENUE?

The course lasts approximately 4 hours.

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION YOU NEED TO KNOW

You must hold a full driving license and be legal to drive on the UK roads . The restrictions for all the vehicles and equipment are height between 5 ’2” – 6’4” and weight below 18 stone. Please check before you book that you meet the requirements.

  HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN GO?

You can book for up to 12 people to run as a group in the same time slot (subject to availability).

  WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?

This Experience is dependant on suitable weather conditions.

  WHERE IS THE EXPERIENCE?

Castle Combe Circuit, Castle Combe, Chippenham, Wiltshire

Once you have been through the briefing of the days events and safety procedures your instructor will take you to the cars to demonstrate the best way to drive at high speeds and the course lines best to be taken. You will then drive a Ford Focus to test the track and driving at high speeds. Once you are familiar with the track you will strap in to the Formula Ford single seater for 6 laps of possible the most exciting drive of your life. The instructor will then demonstrate to a higher level of driving in the Ford Focus followed by a further 6 laps of advanced driving in the Formula Ford single seater. Your day is ended with the presentation of a certificate.

• 2 x Passenger Instruction Laps in a Ford Focus
• 3 x Driving Analysis Laps in a Ford Focus
• 6 x Driving Laps in a Formula Ford 1600 Single Seater Race Car
• 4 x Advanced Driving Laps with one-to-one tuition in a Ford Focus
• 6 x Advanced Driving Laps in a Formula Ford 1600 Single Seater Race Car
• Debriefing & Presentation of Certificates
