Paddle under the imposing chalk cliffs and discover the lovely coastal areas of Rottingdean and Ovingdean. After exploring the Brighton coastline, it's time to head back to base. By then, you'll have mastered nifty little techniques like step-back turns, making your return journey a breeze.   • There are no requirements for this experience but being able to swim 50m and having a reasonable level of fitness is preferable

  • Please Note: If the sea conditions on the day are too rough, you will use the sheltered water part of Brighton Marina
  • Suitable clothing for the time of year should be worn
  • A change of clothing and appropriate footwear is also required
  • Due to the nature of this activity, it is not suitable for spectators
