You and a friend can test your balance and attempt to stand upright as you step inside a large inflatable transparent ball (that’s the zorb) and roll out onto the surface of a lake. You’ll be tumbling, rolling and crawling like a hamster in a ball as you try to navigate yourself towards your friend and knock them over.

Your session starts with a brief health and safety overview from your instructor, and then it’s time to take the giant inflatable zorb and launch yourself off the ramp and out onto the lake. This is where the real fun begins as you scramble towards each other while trying to keep your balance at the same time. Sounds easier than it actually is!
