This experience is a chance for any wine enthusiast to learn more about their favourite tipple, whether they are completely new to the world of wine tasting or already have some understanding of the way that the professionals fine-tune their palates. Guests will join a group who will all get the chance to taste red, white and sparkling wines, with rosé available on request, alongside cheeses which have been chosen specially to bring out flavours in the wines that might otherwise go unnoticed. The experts will be on hand throughout to answer questions, offer advice and explain everything anyone could possibly wish to know about pairing wines with suitable foods including how to serve them to maximise their hidden flavours and what to look out for when choosing a bottle to go with any meal.
