Throughout your 6 hour foraging experience you’ll be shown how to correctly identify, source and harvest the huge abundance of wild plants surrounding us, whilst trying pre-made wild food tasters that range from pickles to jams and chutneys. You’ll then be able to make use of your harvested plants when you learn how to chop, boil, steam, fry and preserve them, in order to create your own truly seasonal two course meal to sit down and enjoy.
